Where are you based?
Find us on Windsor Way, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey GU16 8YZ. Please confirm the house number and arrival instructions with the salon before travelling.
Do I need a consultation before a facial?
Yes, new clients should book a consultation before facial treatments. A call-back consultation is free. The listed in-person consultation costs £10 and is deducted from your facial if you proceed.
Do I need a lash patch test?
New lash clients need a free patch test at least 48 hours before treatment. For lash lift and tint, the listing also requests a patch test if you have not had the treatment for more than six months.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. Home visits have a £50 minimum treatment spend, a £10 call-out fee and mileage at £0.45 per mile. Please enquire before booking to confirm availability and travel arrangements. Weddings, hen parties and group visits are quoted individually.
Can I book directly here?

What happens if I need to change my appointment?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations, missed appointments or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being retained.
Are there treatments for teenagers?
The Teen Clear Skin Facial and Teen Clear Skin Package are listed for ages 12–17. A consultation is required before starting the package. Ask the salon about parent or guardian attendance and consent.
