Bookings

A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

The remaining balance can be paid on the day by cash, debit or credit card.

Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Where sufficient notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations, missed appointments or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the deposit being retained.

Patch Testing

A patch test is required at least 48 hours before applicable treatments, including lash treatments.

Your appointment cannot go ahead if a required patch test has not been completed within the required timeframe.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
